Dr Peter Dalmaris, Ph.D.

Dr Peter Dalmaris, PhD, has an engineering background and is obsessed with business processes, epistemology, and software. He has combined these areas into a framework for the improvement of knowledge-intense business processes as part of his PhD research (completed in 2006). Since 2001, Peter has helped clients improve their operations by redesigning, simplifying, and automating their business processes. An educator since 2000, Peter has instructed students from around the world from the diploma to the graduate school level, and has developed an iterative prototype-driven approach to teaching.

Peter's academic qualifications are:

• Master's in Engineering, major in information systems, University of Technology, Sydney
• Maser's in Science, by research in knowledge management, University of Technology, Sydney
