José María Salamanca is Founding Partner and Managing Director of addtive Management Consulting Company´ in Spain, and Founding Partner of ´Arabian European Advanced Services LLC´ (SEEMA) in Saudi Arabia.
He has been working in Europe and the Middle East for several big enterprises, both, in Private and Public sector always as Project/Program Manager and Principal Enterprise Architecture. He hold proven experience in Enterprise Architecture applying TOGAF as well as implementing Business and IT Strategy for large organizations and provide the right blend of knowledge and real life experience that perfectly combined ease the success and results achievement.
José is TOGAF9® certified as Enterprise Architect, Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and EFQM® Assessor certified (2010 Model) by the European Foundation for Quality Management (Brussels). Jose also holds a MBA Executive by the Business European School (Spain).
Having achieved his BSc in Physics, José is an extremely enthusiastic, versatile, and very proactive expert, with outstanding management, interpersonal and organizational leadership skills. He has strong strategic business vision and analytical skills, and he is used to working in multicultural and highly dynamic business and strategic environments.
José’s main achievements related to Enterprise Architecture, Business and IT Strategy are the definition, design and implementation of the Enterprise Architecture project for the Royal Saudi Land Forces, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Enterprise Architecture project for Etisalat in UAE, and the architecture definition for online systems for Procter & Gamble (Spain), and Prosegur (Spain, France, Portugal and South America). This latter achievement earned 2nd Prize in 2007 in a competition run by the CEL (Centro Español de Logísitca). He has also applied his knowledge and experience in key projects related to architecture definition and service assurance for France Telecom and Telefónica Europe.
José is married, has 3 daughters, and has built his professional career with repeated successes in Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
