
Dr. Kreitman holds a Masters' degree in Cybernetic Systems from San Jose State University, and a PhD in Advanced Technology (Systems Science/Industrial Engineering) from State University of New York at Binghamton. Her phenomenally successful and innovative teaching methods were presented at the American Association for the Advancement of Science at the 2000 Annual Conference, and she has presented at numerous conferences and professional meetings on topics ranging from healthcare quality improvement to transformational organizational management to the effective use of advanced technology in organizations.
She builds on over 20 years of experience in dramatically improving organizational quality, spearheading creation of transformative enterprise architecture, and identifying and harnessing emerging technologies and process improvements in education, healthcare and government sectors; pioneering outstanding trainings, strengthening team performance, and negotiating among key stakeholders; aligning technical activities with corporate objectives and policies with the right outcomes for communities and the public.
Dr. Kreitman is TOGAF 9 Certified.
