EA Principals Rolls out Specialized TOGAF Courses for Financial Services, Healthcare & Government

Due to popular demand, EA Principals is offering specialized TOGAF certification courses for Financial Services, Healthcare, and Government, all with emphasis on the following themes:

  • Internet of Things (Iot)
  • Mobility
  • Big Data Analytics
  • Cybersecurity
  • Digital Transformation via Vanguard Architecture.

For the government option, multiple frameworks will be introduced besides TOGAF, such as the Federal Enterprise Architect (FEA) Approach and all it involves, along with examples from governments around the world at all levels. These specialized courses will only be offered as customized private classes with at least 6 students in each class and will be offered worldwide. We especially expect courses in/near to large cities in the U.S., APAC, and EMEA.

Dr. Steve Else, our Chief Architect and Principal Trainer, will focus on these as he has been Chief Enterprise Architect in all these verticals, along with having published related books and being a featured keynote speaker at global conferences on such topics.

The courses will last 4.5 days live (also supporting online delivery alone or in a hybrid mode with in person participation) and will be supplemented by 10 hours of e-learning material and a separate certification exam (proctored via the Internet) to complement a TOGAF certification.

The extra certifications are called: Certified Financial Services Architect (CFSA), Certified Healthcare Services Architect (CHSA), and Certified Government Architect (CGA).

The courses will include topic-relevant case studies and examples, practice scenarios and exercises, architecture modelling, discussion boards and access to the latest thinking in these areas, along with the chance to follow up with best value mentoring for small group or individual capstone projects tied to real world challenges. “Given the growth and development of the field of Enterprise Architecture and various frameworks”, Dr.Else, stated, “it is time to specialise in key verticals thus providing unique architectural and solutions orientations. Also, recognizing the impact of digital disruptions on these verticals being the highest, these Architecture skills need to be customised and developed for competitive advantage”.
