Joseph Marvin is the founder and President of Prime Solutions Group, Incorporated. He leads PSG’s strategic objectives in Systems Engineering (SE) consulting services, IBM Business Partnership and Small Business Independent Research (SBIR) programs. He has provided Systems Engineer Technical Assistant (SETA) support to a variety of customers including the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the U.S. Air Force.
His professional experience includes employment with Lockheed Martin, SAIC and Diligent Solutions. He served a career as an Air Force Research and Development Engineer. He has contributed to Department of Defense Major Space System Acquisitions in both government and industry capacities with assignments as Senior Program Manager and Chief Systems Engineer. Mr. Marvin’s experience spans all phases of Acquisition Lifecycle Management of software ground processing acquisition programs, Operations and Maintenance of ground Architectures, Ground processing system test, integration, and operations.
Mr. Marvin's professional affiliations include: President, International Council of Systems Engineers (INCOSE) Central Arizona Chapter; Member, National Defense Industrial Association; President, Frank Luke Chapter, Air Force Association; Commissioner, Arizona Governor’s Aerospace and Defense Commission; Commissioner, Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Commission.
Mr. Marvin's education includes a BS in Engineering Science from Arizona State University, and an MS in Engineering Science from National University. Mr. Marvin is also a certified International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP).
