Financial Services Agile Business Architecture (Live Online, 2024-06-26)

The Financial Services Agile Business Architecture training course provides you with the knowledge and understanding to design, architect, prioritize, and deliver your corporate future successfully based on the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition, among others. It focuses in detail on the concepts described in this article published by the Open Group entitled “Providing Customer-Driven Value With a TOGAF® Based Enterprise Architecture” and shown in the diagram below. This course includes all the necessary concepts for the TOGAF® Business Architecture Foundation Exam certification.

This course will allow you to become more client-driven and more effective with your strategy execution using agile business architecture. It will use Business Architecture Info’s Financial Services Business Architecture Framework and Examples.

Each one of our first four sessions includes a slide deck of about 180 slides, with diagrams, videos, quizzes, and survey questions. Additionally, this training includes 3 examples of about 80 slides each, as shown here:

Option 1

After attending this course, students will receive an EA Principals Financial Services Agile Business Architecture Certificate and a TOGAF® Business Architecture Level 1 exam voucher. Students who pass the certification exam will receive The Open Group Business Architecture certificate and Open Badge. To register for this option, choose the standard course below for $2295.

Option 2

Option 2 is for students who are opting out of The Open Group certification exam and credentials. No exam vouchers will be provided, and students will only receive the EA Principals Financial Services Agile Business Architecture Certificate. Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund, minus a 5% processing fee, will be given to students who drop or withdraw from the EA Principals, Inc. class no later than the 21st day prior to the announced scheduled start date. No refund will be given within 21 days of the published start date. Students missing a portion of a class, due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, will be able to attend the next class on the same topic for the days missed, without additional fee. Students need not re-register; however, they must notify EA Principals, Inc. (by email or telephone), so the registration fee for the makeup class can be waived and class logistics provided.
