Agile Business Architecture and the Cloud

EA Principals Agile Business Architecture and the Cloud course provides you with the knowledge and understanding to plan, prioritize, deliver, and manage your cloud strategy successfully at the corporate level using the methodology shown in this book entitled “Practical Guide to Agile Strategy Execution”.
 
This course will allow you to become more customer-driven and more effective with your cloud strategy execution using agile business architecture. 
 
This course includes 4 sessions to be offered in 2 days from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern time. Each session is over 3.5 hours long.  Each session includes a slide deck of at least 140 slides, with diagrams, videos, quizzes, and survey questions. This course also includes 2 examples of at least 100 slides each in PDF format. The first example will be about elaborating on a new SaaS service. As for the second example, it will be about migrating a legacy application to the cloud. Each session will be recorded.

A 100% refund, minus a 5% processing fee, will be given to students who drop or withdraw from the EA Principals, Inc. class no later than the 21st day prior to the announced scheduled start date. No refund will be given within 21 days of the published start date. Students missing a portion of a class, due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, will be able to attend the next class on the same topic for the days missed, without additional fee. Students need not re-register; however, they must notify EA Principals, Inc. (by email or telephone), so the registration fee for the makeup class can be waived and class logistics provided.
