Certification is open to all applicants – there is no requirement for any previous certification

Individuals passing the TOGAF Business Architecture Foundation exam and become certified will have the following competencies:

  • Knowledge of how to develop and maintain a TOGAF Business Architecture
  • Understanding of how to use TOGAF Business Architecture techniques to support organizational changes in a controlled way
  • The ability to apply TOGAF Business Architecture Techniques

 

The Open Group publishes the definitive directory of certified individuals, and issues certificates and Open Badges. The duration of certification is indefinite – certification is to a given version of the Body of Knowledge and does not expire, so there are no re-certification or renewal requirements.

The credential is only awarded by passing the examination.

Delivery
1. At your home or in your office using Online Proctored delivery.
2. Pearson VUE test centers.
To ensure you obtain your certification in a convenient and timely manner, we have two delivery options available to suit your specific needs. These options are in-person public classroom training and Live Online training. While we do recommend that you attend one of our Classroom training courses, we also have a Live Online option available.
 
Live Online is a virtual classroom that allows our facilitator to actively engage attendees with the course materials. This setting also encourages attendee interaction and discussions. It is a convenient and time effective manner for attending the course. 
 
For groups or organizations looking to undertake team training, we can run this course as a short in-house training course.
A 100% refund, minus a 5% processing fee, will be given to students who drop or withdraw from the EA Principals, Inc. class no later than the 21st day prior to the announced scheduled start date. No refund will be given within 21 days of the published start date. Students missing a portion of a class, due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, will be able to attend the next class on the same topic for the days missed, without additional fee. Students need not re-register; however, they must notify EA Principals, Inc. (by email or telephone), so the registration fee for the makeup class can be waived and class logistics provided.
