Module 8 – Business Canvas Model › Learn the concept of the famous Business Model Canvas, a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. Module 13 – Capability Mapping › Now that you know the maturity of the organization, let us explore what the current capabilities of the organization are? Module 14 – Value Stream and Value Mapping Module 15 – Process Management › This module takes the adventure further from value streams to the process level.

Module 16 – Business Process Modeling (BPM) › This module helps you understand the industry standard, hands on practice of using BPMN to help with the process mapping. A 100% refund, minus a 5% processing fee, will be given to students who drop or withdraw from the EA Principals, Inc. class no later than the 21st day prior to the announced scheduled start date. No refund will be given within 21 days of the published start date.
